Where can I call for Ticketmaster ticket buying and customer service issues? Answer
Ticketmaster is pleased to announce new nationwide toll-free numbers to help ensure the fans get easier access to purchase tickets and to great customer service. The new toll-free numbers are:
National Toll Free SALES number: 1-800-745-3000
Consumers can use this number to purchase tickets to any events in the continental United States, no matter what their location is. The system recognizes where in the United States the caller is calling from so all local prompting or messaging will still work.
National Ticketmaster Express number: 1-866-448-7849
Ticketmaster Express, Ticketmaster’s national IVR automated phone line, is a quick and easy self-service method of buying tickets. This line is available 22 hours each day, 7 days a week! This self service information and ticket purchasing line is available for the majority of events handled by Ticketmaster. Please note that you will not be able to speak with a Ticketmaster representative using Ticketmaster Express.

What is the Posse? Answer
The Posse is the official name for the Brooks & Dunn Fan Club. Kix and Ronnie as well as Brooks-Dunn.com most often uses "The Posse" when referring to the fan club.

Meet & Greet Questions

What if I signed up for the wrong meet & greet? Answer
If you accidentally sign up for a show you didn't intend to, please submit a form at www.brooks-dunn.com/customercare/fanclub with your name, the name of your show and a brief description of what happened.

Where and when will meet & greets happen at the show? Answer
Each show and venue will vary as to when and where your meet & greet will occur. Once you arrive at the venue you'll be able to pick up an envelope with your pass and any details regarding where and when to meet backstage.
We encourage ALL fans who receive a meet & greet pass to arrive at the venue when the doors are scheduled to open. This will ensure you have enough time to pick up your envelope/pass and make the show.

How do I get a meet & greet pass? Answer
We will open meet & greet reservations approximately 30 days before the actual show date you are attending. During that time, check the "DATES" page under "THE ROAD." There will you find a calendar of tour dates. By clicking on the venue of that tour date, you'll be taken to a "more info" page where you can see when your specific meet & greet reservation opens. This will also be where you apply once reservations do open.
On the day reservations open simply return to that page and click the "submit reservation" button. Make sure you read the guidelines and procedures on the next page before hitting submit one final time.

Where do I sign up or login to the street team? Answer
To access the street team, find FANS in the navigation and click Street Team. You will then see a login or signup field.
VIP Tickets

My friends/family members and I are all requesting VIP Tickets. Can we sit together? Answer
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for parties to be seated next to each other. All VIP tickets are located within the same block of seats, so all Posse members will be seated relatively close. Thanks for your understanding.

Why are there 'VIP' icons next to some shows, but not others? Answer
If the VIP icon does not appear next to the show you're looking for on the TOUR page, it is probably because we are not able to offer VIP tickets for that particular show.
Once VIP Ticketing is closed, we can no longer take requests, and you should contact the venue directly for tickets.

How are VIP tickets assigned? Answer
VIP tickets are assigned from the block of holds held for Posse members. These are the best seats available to the public. Orders are processed in the order in which they were received and then assigned according to venue layout.

Where are my seats located? Answer
Specific seat assignments will not be able to be viewed until you pick up your VIP tickets at will call on the night of the show.

I bought VIP Tickets to a show, but I might not go. Can I get a refund or transfer the tickets to my friend? Answer
Once you have purchased your VIP tickets, they are yours. Most venues will not allow refunds on any tickets, so you must be sure you are attending the show before you make your purchase. We cannot allow the transfer of tickets, as we are trying our best to prevent scalping. You will need to pick up your tickets at the box office with your photo ID.

I ordered my tickets with a credit card that doesn't have the same name as my Posse membership. What name will my tickets be under at will call? Answer
All tickets are put in the name of the Posse member, not the name on the credit card used to purchase VIP tickets with.

How many VIP tickets can I purchase with my membership? Answer
Each member is able to purchase four (4) tickets per show.

I just placed an order for VIP tickets, so why don't I see a charge yet on my credit card? Answer
Your tickets are reserved for you at the time you place the order, but because ticket orders are processed manually, it takes a little longer for the charges to appear on your credit card. Typically, you can expect to see charges reflected on your credit card statement within about two weeks of placing your order.

My VIP Tickets have not arrived. When will they arrive? Answer
All Brooks & Dunn VIP tickets are to be picked up at the will-call box office window the day of the show. We never send out the tickets.

How can I be removed from the mobile messaging list? Answer
Don't want to receive text messages from Brooks & Dunn any more? Simply respond to any text you receive from B&D with "STOP" or "PLEASE REMOVE", and your number will be removed. You should receive a confirmation text once it has been processed.
